About Randy Tarr

Extensive sales experience and strong negotiating skills have served Randy Tarr well throughout the years; however, it has been his commitment to fostering long term relationships and his love of community that makes him stand out as an exceptional client advocate.

For Randy, it is always personal as he strives to provide an outstanding customer experience to each of his contacts. Growing up all over the United States in a military family, Randy learned the value of service at an early age. He graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Education and served in the US Air Force.

Sales was always a passion as it allowed Randy to develop strong connections with customers and industry professionals alike. He spent over two decades in the hotel and hospitality industry as a national sales manager where he consistently exceeded sales goals and developed new markets.

Like many, Randy visited the Baldwin County area and fell in love with the people, the activities and the beautiful scenery. Randy moved to Baldwin County in 2013 to help start the Rita's Italian Ice franchise in Fairhope and Foley. Deciding there was no better place to put down roots, he and his wife have become engaged in their children's school and are active members of 3 Circle Church.

He started his career in real estate because it allowed him the opportunity to connect on a more personal level with his clients as he helps them realize their dreams of homeownership. His communication skills are unmatched as Randy combines business acumen and market expertise with the ability to listen to his customers' needs and deliver on his promises.
